Travelling abroad for medical treatment can be a physically and emotionally stressful experience. At Heartology, we are at your service before you even start your journey from home. With outstanding personal commitment, our team is dedicated to provide our guests/patients with what they deserve – service from the heart that exceeds their expectations.

Our priority is to make every patient’s stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible.

We are available to answer any queries and our services include:

  • the opportunity to coordinate with our specialists for the appropriate treatment options based on your medical report and potential estimated costs
  • provide supporting documents for Visa applications (if necessary)
  • arrange airport transfers
  • organise hotel accommodation – we have special corporate rates with hotel and serviced apartments within the vicinity of our hospital
  • provide language assistance – interpreters are available, with prior notice
  • assist with Visa extensions should your treatment exceed your initial visit pass, and book /arrange sightseeing tours for accompanying family members.

Patient Relations hadir untuk membantu kelancaran proses pengobatan anda. Tugas Patient Relations adalah:

  • Memberikan informasi umum
  • Memberikan informasi mengenai prosedur yang akan dijalani pasien, estimasi biaya dan hari perawatan
  • Membantu komunikasi pasien dan keluarga dengan Dokter dan tenaga medis lainnya
  • Membantu menyelesaikan komplain
  • Membantu pasien membuat appointment dengan Dokter
